Find a career, not a job
We believe that our team members are the secret to our success. We’re one of the most trusted security partners in the UK — and we’re proud of that. This is down to our people – delivering excellence and putting our customers’ needs first is what sets us apart.
We are passionate about treating you as an individual – supporting and growing your skills so you can deliver best-in-class service. We’re not scared to be different. We lead – we don’t follow. If you want to stand out from the crowd and find a career, not just a job, we want to hear from you.
What are we up to?
What do we care about?
We champion our culture and motivate our teams to be the best they can be, but we also support that everyone is an individual. People will learn in different ways and work in different ways, but as long as we all work together towards a common goal then the business will grow too. Our values are:
Arming our team with the skills they need
We’ve always supported our team with the training they need to get the job done and progress in their career. Now it’s even easier, as we’ve brought in an online learning platform that everyone at Oracle Vision can enjoy.
Choose from a range of bite-size courses on everything from mental health and wellbeing or health and safety to sales, leadership and workplace skills. All the courses are fully compliant with industry standards, such as RoSPA.

What you’ll be doing:
➔ Servicing, installing, commissioning, and repairing electronic security equipment.
➔ Working with systems such as IP/HD-CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Fire Detection and Door Entry.

➔ Working on gaining a good understanding of industry standards & regulations
The boring (but essential) bits
