The company was formed in June 2004 by brothers and co-founders Chris and Tim. Originally, it was a consultancy, to advise customers on their security systems. However, we started to realise that contractors weren’t working to the level we’d like. We wanted to offer the best service possible to customers, so we moved away from being solely a consultancy to becoming a full-service partner to our clients.

Our consultancy services are applied worldwide. In terms of critical systems services and emergency call out, we cover all parts of the North and the Midlands, making the best use of the M62 to reach our customers from our base in Wakefield. What’s more, our engineer network spreads across the entire region, meaning we will always have someone to help within 30 minutes of your site. With a network of suppliers and tens of thousands of pounds worth of ready stock, we can respond to repairs and last-minute installs without breaking a sweat. Our engineers always have the right tools for the right job. They keep their vans well maintained and fully stocked, plus they have an onboard trackers so you know when to expect them. Keep an eye out for the vans zooming up and down the motorway – there are more than you may think!

With in-house tools such as cherry pickers, complex test equipment and pre-build workshops, we are geared up to provide systems of any size and complexity. The engineers are totally supported in every way through continual training and development programs and a management team constantly guiding them.
