With a long-standing background in the security industry, Oracle Vision’s newest member Debbie Marjerrison has hit the ground running. As a Commercial Field Sales Representative, she will be at the heart of maintaining communications with our customers. Learn a little more about Debbie in this quick introduction.
Debbie immediately felt welcome at Oracle Vision, with Chris and Nick bringing her into the fold with their positive vibes – “I noticed the family friendly atmosphere right from the start” she adds.
Her day-to-day role will include meeting with customers – in a socially distanced fashion – at their locations to discuss their security requirements, and look at what processes need to be implemented. She will then work on designing a system to suit their needs.
Debbie loves getting out and about meeting new people and networking, and once restrictions allow, will be able to check in with customers in-person more regularly.
She’s found the onboarding process completely seamless at Oracle Vision. Of course, it’s always difficult joining a new business when you can’t shake someone’s hand or see their face properly with masks on. But she’s a big fan of being adaptable and looking for alternative ways to connect with others.
Her biggest ambition in her new role is to make all of our customers happy and ensure we’ve given them exactly what they want and need. She does everything to the best of her ability and can’t wait to help grow the business and get new customers onboard.
She loves Oracle Vision’s ethos and attitude towards providing first-class customer service. As a business, we always aim to deliver the best customer experience, as well as quality systems and it’s great having Debbie with us to help deliver this for our customers.
When Debbie isn’t working, she loves travelling to villages in the Yorkshire dales and the Lake District for the weekend, where she enjoys all kinds of walking. Whether it’s hiking up hills, walking around the Lake District, or running in the snow, she loves spending her time outdoors.
