We believe that taking the predictive approach to system support, potential faults and servicing issues is what gives us the edge on our competition. Recently, we introduced a Real-Time Connection Platform, allowing us to receive information from the Renewi system, assess its health, predict faults and respond. Essentially, we’ve progressed from reacting to an issue, to now offering a proactive approach that keeps everything working as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

The Oracle Vision team partner with Renewi to install and maintain their security systems, but also to advise on how those systems should evolve.
